Job Title: Senior Finance Analyst

Job Purpose:
To provide strategic financial analysis, planning, and reporting that supports business growth and operational efficiency. The Senior Finance Analyst will deliver insights to guide decision-making, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement in financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare and present management reports and dashboards.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate business initiatives.
• Conduct scenario modeling, ROI analysis, and sensitivity testing.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements.
• Drive automation and process improvements in financial reporting.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team development.

Key Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or professional certification (CPA, CFA, ACCA) preferred.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or corporate finance.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Experience in FMCG, retail, or consumer brands industry is an advantage.
