Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Fleet Manager to manage fleet administration, statutory compliance, vehicle documentation, insurance claims, government liaison and driver compliance.

Key Responsibilities
• Ensure 100% completion and validity of all vehicle documents, licences, permits and insurance.
• Manage insurance claims, accident documentation and follow-up with insurance companies and relevant authorities.
• Liaise with FRSC, VIO, Police, LASTMA/State Traffic Authorities, Federal & State Ministries of Transportation, Local Government and other government agencies.
• Manage driver licences, records, driver training and road-safety compliance.
• Monitor fleet tracking/telematics and ensure timely resolution of offline devices.
• Maintain accurate fleet records and ensure 100% audit and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare regular fleet compliance and management reports.
• Ensure all fleet-related government requirements and renewals are completed on time.

Requirements
• HND/bachelor’s degree in Transport Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in fleet/transport administration.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian fleet documentation and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in insurance claims and government liaison.
• Good communication, coordination, reporting and Excel skills.
• Valid Nigerian driving licence.
