Job Title: Factory Operatives
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₦80,000 – ₦100,000 Net

Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Factory Operatives to join one of the largest packaging food & beverage companies in Nigeria. The ideal candidates will play a vital role in ensuring smooth production processes, maintaining quality standards, and supporting the company’s mission to deliver excellence in packaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Operate factory machinery and equipment efficiently and safely
• Assist in the packaging and labeling of food & beverage products
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the production area
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
• Conduct routine checks to ensure product quality and compliance
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
• Report any faults or irregularities in machinery to supervisors

Key Qualifications and Skills
• Minimum of SSCE/OND qualification
• Prior experience in factory or production work is an added advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work shifts and overtime when required
• Physical stamina and ability to stand for long hours
