Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven HR Business Partner to support our procurement and supply chain functions. The HRBP will align people strategy with business goals, ensuring the procurement team attracts, develops, and retains top talent to drive operational excellence, supplier efficiency, and scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Partner with procurement leadership to design team structures and workforce plans.
• Implement performance management systems that reinforce accountability and measurable outcomes.
• Build leadership capability and succession pipelines within procurement and supply chain teams.
• Lead HR support for procurement transformation initiatives, including technology adoption and supplier diversification.
• Foster a culture of ownership, resilience, and operational discipline.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies while managing employee relations.

Key Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field; Master’s or HR certification preferred.
• 6–8 years of progressive HR experience, with 3–5 years in a strategic HRBP role.
• Proven experience supporting procurement, supply chain, logistics, or enterprise services.
• Strong strategic thinking, operational discipline, and change management expertise.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and use workforce data to guide decisions.
• Resilient and adaptable in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
