Salary: Starting from ₦250K (Open to negotiation based on experience)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Recruitment Specialist to drive our talent acquisition initiatives and manage full-cycle recruitment processes. You will be responsible for sourcing top talent, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality recruitment services for our clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycles, including job profiling, sourcing, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer management.
Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand staffing needs, define position requirements, and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
Maintain active talent pipelines using job boards, professional networks, social media platforms, and database sourcing.
Coordinate interview schedules, facilitate feedback sessions, and manage candidate communications to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Track recruitment metrics, prepare regular hiring reports, and monitor time-to-fill and quality-of-hire targets.
Build proprietary talent pools, assessment templates, and candidate evaluation methodologies.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related social science discipline.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong background in agency or corporate talent acquisition.
Professional HR or recruitment certification (such as CIPM, CIPD, or SHRM-CP).
Demonstrated expertise in candidate sourcing techniques, competency-based interviewing, and talent mapping.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex hiring accounts simultaneously.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
