Role Overview:
The HRBP acts as a strategic anchor for organizational growth by aligning people-strategy with business objectives to attract, develop, and retain top-tier talent. This role demands a high level of operational discipline and change management expertise to navigate fast-paced, execution-heavy environments. Ultimately, the HRBP ensures that human capital development directly supports operational excellence, service reliability, and long-term scalable success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and drive a robust performance management system that instills accountability, transforms underperformance, and ensures measurable operational excellence.
• Act as a strategic partner to leadership by aligning team structures with business objectives and proactively mitigating people-related risks.
• Execute data-driven workforce planning and organizational design to support rapid scaling, market expansion, and service delivery requirements.
• Cultivate leadership capabilities and high-potential talent through rigorous development frameworks and comprehensive succession planning strategies.
• Champion change management and business transformation initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions during periods of technological adoption and structural shifts.
• Nurture a high-performance culture centered on ownership, resilience, and customer-focused discipline across all cross-functional departments.
• Serve as an organizational value steward, influencing collaborative decision-making and fostering a healthy, innovation-driven work environment.
• Oversee complex employee relations and regulatory compliance, ensuring all human capital practices align with labor laws and best-in-class standards.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Psychology, complemented by a Master’s degree or professional certification such as CIPM, SHRM, or CIPD.
• 6–8 years of HR experience, including 3–5 years in a strategic HRBP capacity supporting high-growth or execution-heavy ecosystems.
• Proven track record in supply chain, logistics, technology-enabled services, or consulting environments where operational reliability is paramount.
• Apply strategic thinking and an analytical mindset to align human capital initiatives with commercial drivers and data-informed workforce decision-making.
• Lead complex change management and organizational transformation with the grit and resilience required to navigate rapid growth and operational pressures.
• Influence senior stakeholders and build high-performing, accountable teams through strong leadership, operational discipline, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
