Job Summary
We are seeking an IT Systems Manager to lead the implementation and management of the Dealer Management System (DMS). The ideal candidate will oversee system deployment, integration, and ongoing administration to support business operations across sales, service, and inventory functions.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Dealer Management System (DMS), including planning, configuration, and rollout.
• Manage ongoing system administration, upgrades, and troubleshooting of the DMS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, service, finance, inventory) to ensure the system meets business needs.
• Coordinate with software vendors/implementation partners on system deployment and support.
• Train staff and end-users on system usage and best practices.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all system operations.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements or upgrades as needed.
• Manage IT projects related to business software/ERP implementation.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in IT systems management, with proven experience in ERP or business software (e.g., DMS) implementation and management.
• Strong project management skills, with experience leading system rollouts.
• Solid understanding of database management, systems integration, and IT infrastructure.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in the automobile/dealership industry is an advantage.
