Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven and organized Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of innovative digital solutions. You will act as the bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring that every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities
• Provide governance, reporting, and coordination support to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and aligned with organizational objectives.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management.
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents to track progress effectively.
• Estimate resources and manage budget allocations to achieve project goals.
• Direct and manage project development from initiation to completion, ensuring milestones are consistently met.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and devise contingency plans.
• Coach, mentor, and motivate project team members to take accountability and deliver results.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships vital to project success.
• Conduct project post-mortems and prepare recommendations reports to identify successes and areas for improvement.
• Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management across the organization.
• Communicate project expectations clearly and promptly to team members and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the ICT or VAS industry.
• Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of managing technical projects and cross-functional teams.

• Strong familiarity with project management software tools such as Jira, Trello, Slack, or Microsoft Project.
