Job Title: Revenue Assurance Manager (Telecommunications)

Role Summary
As a Revenue Assurance Manager, you are to prevent revenue leakage across order-to-cash; reconciles usage to billing and drives recovery.

Core Responsibilities
• Design and implement revenue assurance (RA) controls covering provisioning → usage (CDRs) → rating → billing → collections.
• Monitor end-to-end revenue streams to detect leakage.
• Reconcile network usage data (CDRs) with billing, mediation systems and collections.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in usage records.
• Automate reconciliation processes and maintain exception logs.
• Monitor fraud detection systems and investigate suspicious activities and recommend corrective actions
• Implement fraud prevention rules and controls.
• Collaborate with IT/Billing to remediate defects; publish RA KPIs and savings.
• Prepare revenue assurance reports for management.

Key KPIs
• Revenue leakage detected and resolved within SLA.
• Monthly RA reports delivered by Day 5.
• Zero critical revenue loss incidents.
• Accuracy of RA reconciliations ≥ 99%.

Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Telecommunications.
• 6–10+ years RA/billing/fraud in telco/MVNO; 3+ years in a supervisory role.

Technical Skills
• SQL and scripting skills for data reconciliation.
• Telecom mediation and billing system experience preferred.
