Role Summary
The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end procurement and logistics lifecycle. The role ensures that all materials, equipment, and services required for energy and construction projects are sourced cost-effectively, delivered on time, and managed within the established project budget.

Key Responsibilities
• Assess project material requisitions to prepare precise procurement schedules and supply chain timelines.
• Establish landed cost estimates, project procurement elements, and comprehensive price tables for mechanical and technical components.
• Analyze vendor bidding documents to establish accurate lead times and manage tender modification files for supply contracts.
• Prepare procurement budgets, supply chain risk assessments, and logistics financial reports for management and stakeholders.
• Document changes in supply availability in real-time and update project procurement logs to reflect current project scopes.
• Scrutinize maintenance, freight, and material costs to ensure competitive pricing and maximum contract value.
• Work collaboratively with site managers, clearing agents, and subcontractors to maintain professional and efficient supply lines.
• Assist Project Managers in vendor negotiations and technical-commercial discussions until the final purchase order or contract award.
• Provide innovative recommendations for local content optimization and cost-saving logistics strategies.
• Ensure the seamless transfer of all shipping documents, warranties, and technical manuals to the project team upon delivery.

Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in procurement, logistics coordination, or supply chain management.
• Understanding of incoterms, local content laws, and international clearing guidelines.
• Strong critical thinking and organizational abilities for project planning and supply chain strategizing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced negotiating skills to manage high-value supply contracts.
