Job Description: Warehouse Officer

Location: Ikorodu, Lagos, Nigeria
Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₦150K – ₦250K Monthly

Role Overview
The Warehouse Officer will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, timely dispatch, and adherence to company standards. This role requires a proactive individual capable of standing in for management when necessary, maintaining operational continuity, and driving excellence in warehouse processes.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
• Ensure accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
• Oversee loading and offloading of goods, proper handling of electronic appliances and related products.
• Implement and enforce safety, security, and operational policies within the warehouse.
• Prepare and maintain reports on stock levels, movements, and warehouse performance.
• Liaise with logistics, procurement, and sales teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
• Stand in for management when required, making operational decisions to maintain workflow.
• Train and guide warehouse staff to achieve performance targets.

Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in warehouse operations, preferably in electronics or similar fields.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Excellent knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse procedures.
• Ability to work long hours (8 AM – 7 PM, Monday to Saturday).
• Strong problem-solving skills and capacity to make sound decisions in management’s absence.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
