About the Role
We are looking for skilled Welders to join our operations team at the Abeokuta plant. The successful candidates will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal structures and equipment using various welding techniques, ensuring high-quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform welding and fabrication tasks on machinery, pipelines, and structural components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols.
• Operate MIG, TIG, and arc welding equipment.
• Inspect and test welded joints for strength and durability.
• Maintain welding tools and equipment.
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams on repair projects.
• Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards.

Requirements
• Technical Certificate, OND, or equivalent in Welding, Fabrication, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven experience as a Welder in industrial or plant settings.
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and arc welding techniques.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
