Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Technology to lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of all technology initiatives. This role requires a forward-thinking leader who can align technology with business goals, drive innovation, and ensure operational excellence across digital platforms and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide strategic direction for technology adoption, innovation, and digital transformation.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems, software, and infrastructure.
• Lead and mentor the technology team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
• Ensure cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for leveraging technology to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and technology procurement.
• Monitor emerging trends and recommend solutions that keep the organization ahead of the curve.

Key Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in technology leadership roles.
• Proven track record in managing IT infrastructure, software development, and digital transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing, networking, and enterprise systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on technical expertise.
• Innovative mindset with a passion for leveraging technology to drive business growth.
