Job Title: Internal Control Analyst (Procurement)
Reports To: Head, Internal Controls
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Salary: ₦4,000,000 Annual Gross
Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview
We are looking for a detail oriented Internal Control Analyst to strengthen our audit and compliance processes. You’ll play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, identifying risks, and aligning our Source to Pay operations with global best practices.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead internal audits across Source to Pay functions to ensure compliance.
• Evaluate and improve business processes and control systems.
• Design and execute audit programs with clear documentation.
• Recommend corrective actions and track implementation.
• Prepare reports for executive management and the Board Audit Committee.
• Advise leadership on risk management and operational excellence.
• Conduct market visits to validate product quality and pricing.
• Ensure vendor handovers align with company processes.
• Guide the internal control team to meet KPI targets.

Key Qualifications & Skills
• Strong background in risk assessment and control evaluation
• Excellent analytical, investigative, and reporting skills
• High integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and objectively
• Strong communication and cross functional collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Audit, Business Administration, or related field
• Familiarity with ERP systems and data analytics tools (preferred)
• Experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or tech enabled services (advantageous)
