Location: Lagos
Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₦100K – ₦200K Monthly

Role Overview
The Inventory Officer will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, monitoring product movement, and ensuring efficient inventory control within the warehouse. This role requires a detail-oriented professional capable of standing in for the Warehouse Officer when necessary, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and update inventory records, ensuring accuracy in stock levels.
• Conduct routine stock counts, reconciliations, and audits.
• Monitor product inflow and outflow, ensuring proper documentation.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
• Track and report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to management.
• Stand in for the Warehouse Officer when required, overseeing warehouse operations.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of electronic appliances and related products.
• Support logistics and procurement teams with inventory data for planning and decision-making.

Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in inventory management, preferably in electronics or similar fields.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse procedures.
• Ability to work extended hours (8 AM – 7 PM, Monday to Saturday).
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Capacity to step into supervisory responsibilities when needed.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
