Salary: ₦150,000 + Commissions and Bonuses

Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven FOS Team Lead to manage, coach, and support a dedicated team of Feet on Street (FOS) agents. In this role, you will be responsible for owning regional activation targets, driving field performance, and identifying strategic activation centers for onboarding exercises. You will report directly to the Regional Manager, acting as a crucial link between field agents and regional management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, train, guide, and support a city-based team of 1 to 10 FOS agents, ensuring high performance and adherence to field operational standards.
Own and drive the team activation target (set at 1,200 activations per month for a full team of 10 FOS agents).
Conduct routine visits to local retail stores to ensure shelves are adequately stocked and identify high-traffic activation centers for customer onboarding exercises.
Monitor individual and team sales results, track activation metrics, and report findings directly to the Regional Manager.
Ensure FOS agents effectively guide customers through the complete self-onboarding journey, app recharges, and line management.

Qualifications & Requirements

Proven experience in field sales, direct distribution, or team supervision, preferably within the telecommunications or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.
Strong ability to coach, motivate, and manage field personnel to hit aggressive performance milestones.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for coordinating with field agents and regional leadership.
Strong familiarity with local markets, retail networks, and high-traffic public venues within your assigned zone.

Compensation & Performance Structure

₦150,000 monthly base salary.
Earn an additional ₦50,000 bonus upon achieving 100% of the team activation target.
Earn a further ₦100,000 bonus upon reaching 150% of the team activation target (1,800 activations), for a maximum monthly earning potential of ₦300,000.
