Job Summary
We are seeking a high-performing Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth, distribution expansion, and market execution within an assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong FMCG sales background, proven leadership skills, and experience managing distributors and field sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive achievement of sales and distribution targets.
• Manage and grow distributor and key customer relationships.
• Lead, coach, and develop field sales teams to deliver results.
• Expand outlet coverage, product availability, and market penetration.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights.
• Ensure effective execution of trade promotions and in-market activations.
• Track performance and deliver accurate sales reports.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in FMCG sales, including team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of distributor management and route-to-market strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
