About the Role
Are you a results-driven operational leader with a track record of driving business growth, leading teams, and delivering operational excellence? We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations, drive revenue, and ensure exceptional customer experience.

In this role, you will take full ownership of branch performance—managing sales targets, staff management, inventory control, and customer satisfaction while serving as the primary link between branch operations and senior executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive sales strategies to achieve monthly branch revenue targets, identify local market opportunities, and expand client relationships.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise branch staff; foster a high-performance, accountable, and customer-focused work culture.
• Oversee daily workflow, maintain quality standards, enforce company SOPs, and resolve administrative or operational bottlenecks promptly.
• Manage branch budgets, monitor expenses, ensure inventory accuracy, and prevent operational losses or leakages.
• Ensure peak service delivery standards, manage escalated client inquiries/complaints, and build long-term customer loyalty.
• Prepare and submit regular operational, financial, and sales reports to senior management with actionable insights.

What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in branch management, store operations, sales management, or retail operations leadership.
• Strong commercial acumen and proven sales/revenue management abilities.
• Demonstrated team leadership and conflict resolution skills.
• High attention to operational detail, inventory management, and process control.
• Proficiency with POS systems, MS Office / Google Workspace, and operational tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
