Job Title: Store Keeper
Location: Sagamu, Ogun State
Department: Stores
Salary: ₦150K – ₦200K

Key Responsibilities
• Receive, inspect and record all incoming materials.
• Verify materials against PO, delivery note and packing list.
• Maintain proper GRN, stock register and material issue records.
• Arrange and store materials systematically with proper identification.
• Issue materials only against approved material requisitions.
• Maintain records for tools, consumables, spare parts and returnable items.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages/reorder requirements in advance.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with records.
• Report damaged, missing or excess materials immediately.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Engineering, Accounts and contractors.
• Maintain good housekeeping, safety and security of the store.

Key Requirements
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Store Keeper/Store Officer, preferably in an edible oil industry.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and construction materials preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and inventory/store management.
• Strong documentation, numerical and organizational skills.
• Honest, responsible and capable of maintaining accurate inventory records.
