Job Purpose
The Senior Finance Analyst will play a critical role in driving the organization’s financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function. This position is responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and providing actionable insights to guide strategic decision-making. The role requires strong analytical skills, business partnering capabilities, and expertise in core reporting to ensure financial transparency and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare, review, and distribute timely and accurate financial reports for senior management and stakeholders
• Conduct in-depth analysis of income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities
• Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to support decision-making
• Lead the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts in collaboration with department heads
• Monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts, investigating and explaining variances
• Provide scenario analysis and forward-looking insights to support business planning
• Partner with leadership to evaluate investments, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives
• Deliver financial insights that drive growth, efficiency, and profitability
• Support cross-functional teams with financial guidance to achieve organizational objectives
• Collaborate with operations, sales, and marketing teams to understand business drivers
• Translate financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders
• Act as a trusted advisor to business units, ensuring alignment with company goals
• Identify and implement opportunities to streamline reporting and FP&A processes
• Drive automation and optimization of financial planning and reporting tools
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Key Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Chartered Accountant or equivalent professional certification.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial modeling techniques.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools (Excel, ERP systems, FP&A platforms).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
