Role Overview:
We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Procurement/Sourcing Analyst to support the strategic sourcing operations for our clients. You will, source & sign-up vendors, source products, negotiate prices and implement procurement workflows that drive cost savings and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and onboard new vendors while developing strategic negotiation frameworks to optimize margins and business growth.
• Manage end-to-end vendor relationships, monitoring performance and compliance through rigorous KPI and OKR tracking.
• Source high-quality products at competitive prices, ensuring full availability before system cataloguing and customer delivery.
• Fulfill all invoice sourcing requirements within a strict 4-day SLA while maintaining premium quality standards.
• Execute monthly catalogue audits to update pricing and availability, ensuring market competitiveness and driving repeat business.
• Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to recommend inventory strategies and identify new sales opportunities.
• Oversee the supply chain lifecycle, from initial negotiation to final delivery, to ensure maximum fill rates and quality control.
• Collaborate with internal departments to maintain Source-to-Pay compliance and proactively mitigate production or supply risks.

Qualifications & Experience:
• OND degree in related discipline.
• Experience in environments such as Supply chain, Procurement, Logistics, Technology-enabled services, would be an advantage.
• Strategic Sourcing and negotiation.
• Experience supporting high-execution environments where reliability, speed, and accountability are critical.
• Knowledge of sourcing best practices and supplier management.
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to change in a fast-growing environment.
• Comfortable working in demanding environments where operational pressures and rapid growth require adaptability and persistence.
