Position Overview
We are looking for dynamic, results-driven, and customer-oriented Feet on Street (FOS) Agents to drive field sales, brand awareness, and customer adoption. In this role, you will be the face of our brand on the ground, engaging directly with consumers, executing door-to-door and street-to-street outreach, and guiding customers through our digital self-service platform.

Key Responsibilities

Go door-to-door and street-to-street across assigned territories to market, sell, and activate lines.
Walk customers step-by-step through self-onboarding on the Self-Service App. Teach customers how to successfully recharge their lines, track usage, and independently manage their accounts.
Conduct local lead generation, physical market surveys, and deliver last-mile customer service.
Actively promote brand visibility at public venues, distribute promotional materials, and run local engagement events.
Consistently achieve or exceed a minimum monthly activation target of 120 active lines.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Minimum baseline of 120 successful customer activations per month.
Ensuring all activated customers complete a minimum qualifying recharge during their activation month to unlock performance benefits.
Thorough and systematic geographic penetration of assigned routes and neighborhoods.

Compensation & Incentive Structure

Fixed Base Salary: N100,000 per month (tied to meeting the baseline 120 SIM activations).
Performance Commissions: Unlocked when customer accounts meet the minimum monthly recharge requirement

Job Requirements & Qualifications

Previous experience in field sales, direct marketing, retail promotion, or customer service is an advantage.
Excellent communication, and persuasion skills. Comfortable approaching people in public and residential spaces.
Comfortable navigating mobile applications and guiding others through digital self-service platforms.
High energy level, target-driven mindset, and the ability to work outdoors and cover physical territory daily.
Minimum of SSCE/ND qualification.
