Role Summary
As a Facility Manager, you will oversee the daily management and maintenance of office facilities, power systems, generators, lighting, office spaces, and administrative support functions to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained work environment.
Core Responsibilities
Oversee the maintenance and smooth operation of generators, electrical systems, lighting, and office facilities.
Ensure uninterrupted power supply and coordinate generator servicing, fueling, and repairs.
Supervise office maintenance activities including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, cleaning, and space management.
Manage office administrative operations and ensure proper functionality of office equipment and utilities.
Coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers for facility-related services.
Monitor facility budgets, maintenance schedules, and inventory of facility supplies.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and workplace regulations.
Handle office space allocation, repairs, and workplace improvement initiatives.
Prepare routine facility reports and escalate major maintenance concerns where necessary.
Supervise facility and support staff to ensure operational efficiency.
Key KPIs
Zero prolonged downtime of generators and critical office utilities.
100% completion of scheduled preventive maintenance.
Prompt resolution of facility issues within agreed timelines.
Reduction in facility-related operational disruptions.
Compliance with health and safety standards.
Efficient management of utility and maintenance costs within budget.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
4–6 years of relevant experience in facility and administrative management.
Strong knowledge of generator operations, office maintenance, and facility systems.
Good understanding of health, safety, and workplace compliance standards.
Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and facility reporting systems.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
