Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned After-Sales Service Head to oversee and drive after-sales service operations in Port Harcourt, with a focus on passenger vehicles. The role holder will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, customer satisfaction, and profitability of the after-sales/service department.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations of the service workshop, including repairs, maintenance, and warranty claims for passenger vehicles.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage service department budgets, revenue targets, and cost control.
• Lead, train, and supervise technicians and service advisors.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer service standards and safety regulations.
• Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate with the parts department to avoid service delays.
• Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
• Prepare periodic reports on service performance, customer feedback, and department profitability.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree/HND in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in automobile after-sales/service management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven passenger vehicle (PV) after-sales service experience is mandatory.
• Excellent leadership, customer relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience managing a service center for a reputable vehicle brand is required.
