Job Title: Customer Service & Acquisition Agent (MVNO)
Location: POS Locations across Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: N100,000 + commissions and incentives

Role Summary
We are looking for energetic and target-driven individuals to drive customer acquisition and sales at our Point-of-Sale locations.

Key Responsibilities:
Sell SIM cards, data plans, and value-added services
Drive customer onboarding and app downloads
Perform SIM registration (KYC) and activations
Provide basic customer support and resolve inquiries
Meet sales and activation targets

Requirements:
Minimum of OND, equivalent and above
Experience in sales, retail, telecoms, or customer service is an advantage
Strong communication and customer engagement skills
Ability to use smartphones/POS devices
