Job Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for the comprehensive management of resources, including personnel, equipment, subcontractors, and vendors. The role ensures the delivery of onshore and/or offshore projects within budget, while maintaining strict adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards as well as customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Liaise with HR to structure project execution teams, define reporting lines, conduct performance reviews, and mentor junior engineers and supervisors.
• Oversee both onshore and offshore project operations, ensuring contractual timelines, quality standards, and budget targets are met.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and proactively manage stakeholder expectations.
• Hold responsibility for full project profit and loss (P&L), budgeting, financial forecasting, and the management of contractual correspondence and change orders.
• Establish a project risk register and develop mitigation plans for risks across schedule, cost, quality, HSE, and reputational dimensions.
• Oversee project assets, infrastructure, and the preparation of all project documentation and reports in accordance with contract obligations.
• Collaborate on productivity optimization and conduct “lessons learned” sessions to improve future project performance.
• Take full responsibility for adhering to health, safety, and environmental policies, ensuring all activities meet approved quality and safety standards.

Key Qualifications and Skills
• First Degree in Engineering or a relevant field.
• Relevant certifications in Quality and HSE.
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Deep understanding of onshore/offshore fabrication, structural and piping construction, and integration processes.
• Proficiency in Earned Value Management (EVM), scheduling, cost forecasting, and change management.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams in demanding environments.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to bridge cultural and organizational boundaries.
• Ability to interpret complex contracts and manage variations to protect financial interests.
